Marlee's 7th Grade Recognition Ceremony

Brie Palmer, Marlee, Xan Villalobos, and Kelly. A great group of girls!

They all received ribbons for having a high GPA. Kelly's is black for a 4.0, wow!, Xan got yellow for 3.5-4.0 and Marlee and Brie got white for having a 3.0 -3.49. Not too shabby!

Erin Graduates from Kindergarten!

They sang a song to the tune: "It's the End of the World as we Know it," you know the one? They changed the words to "It's the end of Kin..der..garten!" It was very cute!

Miranda and her new puppy, Abbey

Abbey is 10 weeks old. Marlee's friend (whose dad lives in Prescott, and whose dog had 8 puppies), gave us this puppy! She is bigger than Charlee already and is going to grow to be about the size of Sheba, maybe a little smaller. She is a mix, but her mother is an Australian Cattledog. Miranda is pretty excited about it and has been doing a good job of babying her and taking care of her. We even went to puppy potty training classes at PetSmart the other day, what fun!

Kindergarten Q & U Wedding
Q & U tied the knot in Erin's classroom on Monday! So now we can use all sorts of words like quit, queen, quilt, quack, quintuplet!

Erin's job was being the photographer. Her teacher told her to wear "photographer clothes!" So Erin says "why don't we buy a dress with camera's on it?" Yeah, right! We finally settled on a dress-up skirt that she could just pull on.

Marlee got fried yesterday. She swam at her friend's house and didn't put on any sunscreen. Gotta love those first sunburns of the season!

Marlee Scores the Big Money!

She found the coveted $5 egg. This evening we went out to the Christensen's for dinner and Erin was the big winner of the $10 egg!

While the kids were finding eggs, Charlee showed up with pizza crust in her mouth. Then she took off again and came back with more! Must've been raiding the neighbor's garbage can or something. So she had as much fun or more than the kids did finding her own Easter treats!
